​​​Your Board of Trustees has adopted a policy which conforms to the law for both the retention of public records and a public records request. As citizens of Ross Township you are guaranteed that the elected officials of the Township will conduct business in a public forum and will retain records related to the public’s business such as spending, income, correspondence, contracts, etc. for periods prescribed by the law.
