To All Parties of Interest:

The Ross Township Board of Trustees has inspected the above referenced property for excessive debris on said property and has determined the property to contain a nuisance in accordance with Ohio Revised Code Section 505.87 and under Township Resolution Number 2026-039. This Ohio Revised Code Section allows for the Township to abate, control, or remove excessive vegetation, garbage, refuse and other debris.

Please contact one of us immediately at (513) 863-2337 to discuss access to the property by the Township’s contractor to bring the property under compliance. Your property will then be assessed for the cost of that work (plus administrative fee of 10% above the contractor cost).  Failure to contact us by the end of business on Friday, September 25, 2026 will result in the Township’s contractor performing the work under police escort at an additional cost to you. If there is some reason why you believe this work should not be done, we will be happy to discuss that with you when you call.
