LEGAL NOTICE
INTERNET AUCTION OF OBSOLETE EQUIPMENT

The Ross Township Board of Trustees, Butler County, Ohio passed a resolution at its July 2, 2025 meeting which read, in part, as follows:  “That the Board finds that the items listed on the attached Exhibit “A” are no longer needed for public use, are obsolete and unfit for the uses acquired and shall be offered for sale via on-line Internet services by GovDeals.com, in accordance with the terms of the website and following notice and publication as required by Section 505.10 of the Ohio Revised Code.” 

This notice and the full resolution can be viewed during normal business hours at the office of the Ross Township Fiscal Officer, 4055 Hamilton Cleves Road.  Click here for a link to GovDeals.com.  The internet auction will begin on August 17, 2025 and end on August 26, 2025.
